Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in the Victoria Teresa Arias Memorial Foundation Scholarship.

This Scholarship will be awarded to three (3) high school seniors who have exemplified the virtues of hard work, dedication, and faith in higher education. Winners will be asked to attend "A Night to Remember Victoria Teresa Arias Gala" on May 8th, 2020. 

Once awarded, monies will be deposited directly into the recipients' bursar account (SID#).  Scholarships are awarded on a one-time basis and are not renewable.

Before you begin please ensure you meet the criteria and have the necessary documents in digital format.

Submission Checklist:

  • Must have a GPA of 2.5 or better
  • Current Transcripts (In digital format)
  • Letter of Recommendation (In digital format) from a teacher or staff member at your school 
  • Applications will only be accepted from students currently enrolled at the following schools/program:
    • San Miguel High School
    • Desert View High School
    • Sunnyside High School
    • Pueblo High School
    • Tucson High School
    • Cholla High School
    • Youth on Their Own


PLEASE NOTE: Application deadline is March 6th, 2020.

A printable version of the application is available here if you choose to mail in your submission.  Printed applications must be postmarked before March 6th, 2020.
